Gussy it up however you want Tre-Bek, what matters is does it work? Will it really mighty my penis man? Cause i've ordered devices like that, I don't mind telling you. And if the penis mightier really works, i'll order a dozen!

I've slacked in the reading area too. I used to go to the library every week, and would check out 20 or so books. 50% used to be hardcover fictions, like Grisham or something. 20% used to be compic books, and the other 30% was military-related books, like reference, on small arms, or tanks, or aircraft, or an all-in-one book describing, in detail, US military technology from the Cold War. Pretty cool stuff, but now I use FAS or something. I haven't gone to the library in so long :(

On average? 1 every 2 years or so.

I mostly just read reference books, and no, I don't read them straight through.

I really should start reading more, its been awhile since I read a lot. The problem is that there aren't any books that interest me right now! I like swords and sorcery books the best, and I've read all the best ones, I need to wait for my 3 favorite authors to get their next books out.

At my peak I read 70 books in a year. I've read a lot. I try to keep myself to the classics now and don't have as much time as I'd like for leisure reading.

Am working on
Two Years Before The Mast
and
Walden
right now

<< I've never met a book I didn't like. I stock my little bookshelf with paperbacks of books I deem best of the best.

I'm not sure how to answer this question...I read in spurts and probably have finished 1000+ novels in the last 8 years. Are you talking books per month or something like that?

Try reading Dutch 'literature', especially crap like Mulisch.:disgust:

Anyway, I used to read a lot (fantasy/scifi/horror/historical mostly) but lately I am lacking the time. Got several books sitting at my bed, waiting to be read.

I actually knew a couple people in high school who got through from 1st grade through 12th without fully reading a single book. Needless to say I was completely shocked when the first person told me but when the 2nd... My brain almost exploded.
