The trailer can give you nice visuals, but it was the characters that made Band of Brothers great. I hope The Pacific is the same.

Umm yea it's different scenery. All those islands they had to go to. Not all islands looked the same. Germany/France/Belguim all look the same as well.

yeap. it was the characters that made BOB so damn good. the story and personalities were great. they really got you into the story.

I can't wait for this. I heard about it last year or so and have been pumped. Band of Brothers is the greatest TV/Miniseries/Movie ever.

After the Pacific it would be great if they made a Vietnam War series.
