At least in the past several questions Biden hasn't interrupted Ryan during Ryan's first 2 or so minutes, it always seems to be after the initial responses to the moderator have been given.
 
"Leadership is to fix problems" and "no record to run on" - Ryan.

Ouch. It's hurt.

Ryan is throwing out the magic numbers again, cut the deficit in half overnight while cutting taxes. Yeeeeeaaaah.
 
Biden was so close to interrupting, saw him stutter there for a second....just itching to blurt out some crappola.....
