So basicly to ballance the transformer load one room uses one black wire and the next room uses the other black wire.
(Also it prevents problems of bad case grounds of having 220 volts if you touch 2 different outlets that use 2 different wires and bad appliances or stereos or whatever.)
So what I did was behind the wall where the built in meter is I paralleled one black wire to bypass one black wire and now the meter run half as slow. I did this at the right time of the year so the power co-op wouldn't inspect.
