Can you explain how your gonna be using it? Do you need it to be portable so you can set it up somewhere and then move it, or do you need it to be portable while your playing it?

I wouldnt count out 720p screens - your probably not gonna notice the difference - not to mention how many games probably play at 720p anyway.

EDIT: nevermind - doesnt have an hdmi input - only meant to use with a pc via usb.

Thanks for the suggestions. I want it to be portable so that I can move it somewhere else easily if I have to. One more question, USB powered screens work with the PS4 without any problems?
 
I would count out 720p, most of the PS4 games are 1080p60 right? It's XBOX one that struggles! That being said, hard to see resolution differences on smaller screens but you'll probably be playing up close so I would not skimp.

There is an HP 27xi also, but it's in the $250 range.

Most games are 1080p30, not many are 60.
 
Am I the only one who basically has a bricked PS4 after the 3.00 update? NBA2K15 sits on the title screen. Googling looks like there are others like me, and are told to delete the game and save and redownload the affected games. The SAVES TOO!!! wtf sony

Try booting in safe mode, rebuild database.

Saves should be in the cloud if you have that turned on.
 
Just bought the Destiny bundle yesterday, traded in my Xbox One and a few games plus a headset. Got a nice price for everything and bought a PS4+D3+Bloodborne.

I'm happy now 😛
