Has anyone else had issues with their PS4 partially ejecting a disk when being turned on? I can hear the noise and it's not recognized, but it's not visible from the outside. Seems to be happening a lot lately.

Cant say I have ever had that happen, but I have only played disc based games a handful of times on my PS4 so my usage of the disc drive is probably much lower than most.

It seems like it's a fairly common problem, someone on here fixed that issue for them and I remember an article about it, I'll see if I can dig that up.
 
Drive club was supposed to be a free launch title, instead we got resogun, which is still a very fun game. I thought I heard that PS+ members get some kind of free version of the game, did anyone else recall hearing that?

There is a free edition it's like a starter. The full version with all the tracks costs money. But I heard this a long time ago too so I'm not sure if it has changed now.

That was my assumption and I thought it was to remain that way.
 
Drive club will still have a psn+ edition for free. It is the full game minus some tracks and cars. Every game mode is there and you can play online and everything with people who bought the game.

Yea I ended up buying it. I'm enjoying so far, the enemy system is pretty neat. I'm still getting used to the game but I'm not sure I like having to sneak around unseen everywhere.

Didn't know it was available. Going to see if I can download it tonite. Is it free or $50. I remember being on last night and seeing pre-order for that amount.

Drive club is free for PS+ members, you only get 10 cars and 10 tracks though. PS+ members also get a $10 discount off the full game which includes 50 cars and around 50 tracks. There is also free DLC which will bring more cars, and paid DLC which will bring even more cars and tracks.
 
Thanks. I'll probably check it out. I'm not a big fan of racing games. The last racing game I played was sega gt rally on on original Xbox. Put a lot of hours into that.

It's free so no reason for someone with PS Plus to not try it out.

I always love racing games so this is basically a free demo.
 
Hmm. I'm on the web PS Store and I don't see Drive Club. Still showing all last month's games under the Free Games PS+ section. Wanted to start the download remotely.
 
i dunno, i just know there is some kind of "free version" of the game to ps+ subscribers that was supposed to come out today. maybe that part hasn't made it into the store yet?
