I went to EB Games today, the classic controller is ALL they had.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting a classic controller right now if you can't find it. Get a Gamecube controller instead. The Gamecube controller will let you play the great library of existing Gamecube games as well as almost all of the virtual console games. I was able to find one though (Target on launch day) so I bought it to play SNES and NES games.

You don't have the internet or a telephone? Nintendo has all accessories except the component cable in stock. You can order via phone or the internet. Don't even have to leave your house.

I went to Costco today and they had every game in stock, as far as I could Tell. Zelda, COD, Red Steel, Madden 07, Excite Truck, etc.

I picked up Madden 07. I'm liking the game so far, though i suck

good, I know that the wireless adapter is sort of form fit to plug in against the curved front face of the GC, and pics I've seen of the Wii don't make it look like a sure thing (although it would have been a big oversight on Nintendo's part not to make sure the Wavebird can be used - awesome controller)

My grandpa got in on the action this weekend, playing Wii Bowling....and he has parkinson's!

My aunt, uncle, mom, dad and cousins all loved the system.

My mom even hinted she'd buy one just to play Wii Sports. Ditto with my aunt and uncle.

Kinda crazy, none of them had ever played video games before last night, and i practically had to tear the wiimotes from their hands.

Anyone else waiting for super swing golf? Comes out second week of Dec. I think, supposedly it's pretty good.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. I'm holding off on signing up for GameFly until it comes out. Other than Wii Sports and Zelda (which I already have), that'll be the first game I'll be interested in buying.
