mute switch above + volume. easy to switch when flicked up/down from the side nearest the + button, however unable to switch it as easily or at all when flicking it from the side nearest the top of the phone near...can anyone duplicate this?
Mine does that. Haven't tested in call yet but the posts there are, um, not good.
Hoping it's an AT&T issue. I don't see how something like this could make it through testing.
I could see it going through testing cause they were hidden behind 3G plastic or bumpers.
I just got mine, and I definitely see yellow spots, WTF?! Also while the phone is great, it's really not such a huge upgrade to be honest.
If that is the case then it would be a huge flaw in testing that I don't see Apple overlooking. Not testing the phone in the new housing with no case would just be idiotic IMO.
I got my phone yesterday .. as did 4 co-workers, none of us are having that problem, or the yellow haze either.

My only issue is battery life; so far, in 24 hours, I've had to charge it 3 times and I've used it for maybe 30 minutes in total. Not happy about that aspect
Got in the pre-order line at 1AM Thursday morning and walked out of the store w/ an iPhone 4 at around 7:15AM.
With all these reports of the signal dropping if the phone is held a certain way around the metal sides it makes me wonder if Apple knew about the issue and that's why they released these bumper cases that pretty much cover all of the metal sides.

No problems here as well...been using mine since noon. Screen is amazing, response is zippy. Definitely an upgrade from my 3G.
