gran turismo 3, the supposed ps2 killer ap. i want to see more user reviews. gamespot=9.4 ps2.ign=9.8 damn!!! best racing game ever is what they are saying. im not gonna buy a ps2 just for one game, but id really like to see this. ive dled some movies and it looks incredible. sounds like it's living up to the hype.

Hey man...this game IS ALL THAT!!!. Too bad I don't havve my copy yet. I have played the previous two installments and they rocked even then. I picked up my PS2 back in March solely because of this game. I was ticked to find that they pushed the date back several times until finally today.

The wait is finally over...

I'm so lame. I put down a deposit for it a long, long time ago, and I don't have the cash to pay for the rest of it. I guess I'll play Twisted Metal:Black some more...

The PS2 does have an option to speed up the load times on old PS1 games, but it's not substantially faster. The graphic smoothing is nice though.

I played GT1 and 2 on playstation and hated them both. I couldn't stand the way the cars steered...blech. I'll wait for XBox/GC.

exactly, you prefer realism konichiwa. I cant drive a car with a controller with only right and left.

Give me nascar racing 4, or other extreme simulations.

This game is great and it's way harder than 1 &amp; 2 to make money IMO. I went through Beginner's League in a breeze but Amature League is so damn hard as they added tire damage. Rally is the bomb when playing with your buddy - the guy from behind can't see jack sh|t.

Oh, btw, is the iLink function disabled in the US version?

Everyone starts with that POS Don't blow your $$ on that crap. As soon as you have enough dough, go with the WRX or 22B. You'll be set from there.
