They show up as a link on top of your gmail page. Something like "Invite friend to join gmail" or something like that.

great thread. I'm sure it's been mentioned but if you have any creativity at all, it's really easy to get an invite at gmailswap.com.

That being said, when I start to get invites I will spread the wealth between here and there.
