So let's keep this running.

I diverted from the usual beef today and threw a few pork shops on the BBQ.
Turned out great, juicy and nice. Cooked to perfection.

Next time some chicken will feel the heat.

If you've never tried boneless chicken thighs, you MUST. Slather them with BBQ sauce, slap 'em on the grill (use a grill plate to keep them from falling through the slats), and enjoy. I'm not a big chicken man, but thighs are the best thing I've ever tasted to come off a grill. No kidding.

Yesterday I saw a small deer ending up as roadkill while I was biking. I should have dragged it home :Q

We did pork ribs in BBQ

Pork loin chops in Emeril's Hickory Maple Chipotle marinade.

lunch was bratwurst and burgers, squash and onions.

dinner was T-bone, potatoes, corn, bell peppers and onions.

beef rib cut horizontally rather than the entire rib, marinated in soy sauce, cooking rice wine, sugar, pepper, and garlic
