Are you asking or telling? Anyway, it seems like it wouldn't be too much of a hassle for the developers to implement profile specific saves to their games. And like someone mentioned earlier, just the ability to rename your save files would helps ton yet Skyrim doesn't offer it.

Pretty much my only gripe towards an otherwise perfect game.

Telling, but I'm not sure. Seems to me most games with a quicksave feature just have one generic slot that can be overwritten by any character/playthrough. I could be wrong though.

I spent a couple of minutes just standing there, relaxing in the cool autumn breeze. :)

Even after 30 odd hours of playing it's still amazing me how much detail there is in this game. I still don't think I've even seen half the map. Have only visited 3 of the 6 (7?) towns in game. I'm so easily distracted too.... So much to do. :D. Perfect example.

I paid a visit to Solitude today. Had some missions to clear out some caves near town and headed out to do them. Headed up into the mountains and along the way ran into the Thalmor embassy. If you haven't met any Thalmor yet, they're kinda douchebags. As soon as I walk up and say hi they pull out their dicks and start going on about how they're awesome and everyone in Tamriel (Skyrim in particular) sucks. Lydia remarks that their eleven dicks really aren't that impressive, and I giggle like a schoolgirl while they turn bright red. They switch gears and start rambling about how Talos is stupid... Then ask me if I would dare say I like Talos in front of them. I think on it a second and say, there's really only one way I can answer that question... FUS DO RAH! After giving them a righteous smack down I run off into the mountains and get lost in a blizzard. End up on the far side of the mountains at the north coast and spend the next hour chasing the glow of nirnroots and exploring shipwrecks. Still haven't touched those two damned caves. :)

I have some questions. Is it possible playing Skyrim (without finishing it I guess?) without killing dragons? Would it make my game miserable? Also, isn't magic underpowered? I mean if everyone can use dragon shouts, then why bother using magic, which is less powerful(?)?

You'll probably run into dragons even if you totally ignore the main quest. I don't guess you have to fight them. Edit: if you don't kill dragons you won't be able to use shouts.

Shouts have cool downs of 15-45 seconds (global, blocks any shout usage). Magic is limited only by your magicka (mana) which can be improved as you level up and with pots/enchantments.

No dragon kills = no shouts

Yeah you will run into dragons totally random. As in I was at Morthal talking to Falion and as soon as I walked out the door there was a Dragon flying around the town. It's not like I walked up on it knowingly.

I took that b!itch down!!!!!

damnit, the game looks so cool in the trailers and then I watch gameplay videos and it looks boring.

I could never get into any of the TES games or FO3. Bought Morrowind, Oblivion, and FO3 and played for a few hours then never played them again.

Now at level 15 after 30 hours played. Damn! I had forgotten how gargantuan and confusing dwemer ruins can be. They make you feel downright puny. Drusilla tackled her first pair of dwemer spheres. Gonna sneak further in, weary of centurions.

I also now have a new most hated enemy: falmer skulkers. I hate those bastards more than named giant spiders.

Why would you not kill dragons? That is like, 90% of the base gameplay story.

On another note, has anyone picked sides in this whole mess yet? I've decided to go with the stormclocks(I just can't stand the empire, I'm an underdog man) and I had a lot of fun
turning over the jagged crown and capturing Whiterun

The font mod and the "show time during loading" mod are amazing.

Font update made everything feel much more sophisticated and "show time" has given me gauge how much time I have left I must must goto sleep. But load times are lightning quick due to SSD so I have to look quick!.

You are slower than a pregnant cow!

Oh, and yeah. This is so far the hardest enemy i've had to face.

I had to face him and a dragon simultaneously.

Yea I ran into him and that dragon early on. Put about 7 arrows into him and it barely scratched his health, figured it was best to come back later, lol.

40 hours in and left the main quest awhile back. So much to do. Decided that my first play would be the most complete. Finally hit level 20.

Guess I should pick a side soon. I intended to have my dark elf be a good guy, but then the Dark Brotherhood came calling. Oh well, maybe next game. :)

I'm jelly. I wish I was running the game on an SSD, not that the load times are long, but they are one of the biggest immersion breakers.

I wish there was at least a little more info given on the miscellaneous quests. Some of them just say "return to Joe" or something else completely useless. Why am I going to see Joe? I forget.

It doesn't need a description, but it would be nice if I could see the previous objectives at least.

Agree Misc quests really need more info.

BTW, if you've had issues with voices being very low in game, this fix worked for me. If you only have 2 speakers, in your Windows sounds settings (Control Panel) change the config to be 5.1, then disable all the speakers except the front 2. After that the game was at normal volume for me.

Now that my character looks respectable, I thought I ought to share. That's me and the miss.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...

If you haven't looked through the list of mods in Skyrim nexus, you're missing out on some really cool stuff.
