Not sure what this will mean for the Georgia count. That's a very blue county. Obviously won't change the overall outcome of the election but I'm sure Trump will latch onto the news as some kind of voter fraud.

will be able to observe, NOWHERE does the original story say "significantly affect" the vote count, Todd Starnes
is a GOP hack and trump nut-hugger.

A reporter who was at the Fri counting said that there were 3600 provisional ballots and about 900 military in that day's counting.
So, unless they double reported every ballot, I don't see it having an effect on the outcome.

In doing so he learned that some ballots were not captured in last night’s results. He also learned of a smaller number that were not scanned. Those are now being prepared for scanning.
Out of an abundance of caution, all provisional, military and UOCAVA allots scanned on Friday, November 6 will be rescanned tonight. The upload made last night will be pulled and replaced with tonight’s rescanned file.
