Nevada is all but for Biden too. While the call might not be made there's really no path to victory left for Trump.

So, can Georgia be called before the recount? I mean, a recount will take days/weeks. Can't they do like Trump would do? Claim as a win and ignore any recount request. Joe has the most count and so, under Donald Trump rules its solid Biden.

Georgia probably won't end up mattering for who wins anyway.

Now the question becomes how will the US handle the perpetual nuclear mushroom cloud over the white house from now till 20th jan?
If he can spark a civil w... unrest from now till then you better believe he will...
This is the not so peaceful transfer of power phase...

At this rate Nevada will still be counting in 2024.
Nevada only cares about their own deadline which is about Nov 16.

Georgia won’t be called until they know how many military vote today, how many provisional ballot are validated, and how many mail in ballots get cured.

Isn't it quite obvious what Trump's strategy is?

He's going to have to face criminal lawsuits after his presidency is over. So his strategy right now is to try to stir up as much chaos from his followers as possible so that he can negotiate a deal with Biden for jail pardon time. Once a deal is reached, he'll ask his followers to stop the insanity and chaos and he won't have to go to jail.

Trump has no chance in the courtroom. All he is doing is filing lawsuits that will get thrown out but he's doing it to rile up his base.

I had a random thought. Wouldn’t it be nice if trump lost the popular vote by the same total of people who have had covid? Or maybe lose a key state by the same amount of people who died from covid.

It would bring peace to my mind knowing that karma exists and has a sense of humor.

I was thinking this yesterday--if his loss across PA, AZ, NV, GA, MI end up being the exact total of people that die (and will die) from Trump's covid-45.

It will be glorious.

About the only argument Trump has to present to the Supreme Court, I'm a sore loser. I don't know if "sore loser" is a legal argument. If we have a lawyer around here maybe he or she can answer that?

Wow... Shepard Smith (the former Fox News anchor turned CNBC anchor) cut off Trump during his press conference and went into a monologue disputing basically every statement Trump made:

I wonder if Trump is going to respond to that one with some snarky comments on Twitter. What he should do is respond with actual proof of vote tampering, assuming that he can actually find some.

It's about sowing even more discord, that's it. This was fully expected with both a Trump loss and win. Prepare for violence against "enemies" to be encouraged, again. What we know is that evidence isn't required, ever, for conservatives.

Just needs to be by a larger margin than outstanding votes in Alleghany County... and probably will be.

Why? The margin there has been 81-19 for Biden for all of the mail-in ballots counted. No reason to think this would change in the final tranche.
