The campaign has also deployed text messages to advance the claim that the election is being stolen. Staffers flooded smartphones with an estimated 9 million messages accusing Democrats of trying to rig the results, according to the call-blocking app RoboKiller.


“I need you to defend America!” one text message read. “We can’t let Dems undermine our election. FIGHT BACK!”

The judge wanted to know if the Trump campaign was allowed in the room even if one particular person wasn’t. Trump’s attorney waffled and the judge pressed him, “I am asking you as a member of the bar of this court are people representing the Donald J. Trump for President in that room?”

None of those have been counted yet, though. And likely won't make a difference.
 
If Philly keeps breaking 90/10. The outstanding ballots in Philly put Biden up.

That said Biden is betting 76% of the mail in ballots.

When the judge pressed the Trump campaign lawyer if there were observers in the room from the campaign, the lawyer, Jerome Marcus, said, "There's a non-zero number of people in the room."

I'm sorry, I misread it. I read it as "none-zero" my apologies.

Now that I read it right, it sounds like he was hoping the judge would hear him wrong, just as I read it wrong. He should be disbarred, after the judge pressing him, forcing him to use yes or no.

He wanted to keep getting paid by the Trump campaign.
 
Trump really only cares about himself. Stochastic terror with those messages, anything to try and hang onto power. Some of his far out there cultists are going to get themselves arrested, killed or hurt/kill someone else.

I thought it would be better, for things to be peaceful, to not arrest him after he's out. But, they really should. Lock him up for his crimes and throw away the key, Trump is kerosene on the fire of fanatics. He'll cause no end of trouble once he's gone to try and get revenge for losing.
