I wouldn't buy that, since the Scranton office is the one that's supposed to be floundering.
Besides, in the real world there are a hell of a lot more business offices that would buy paper around Stamford (NYC metro area) than Scranton (middle of nowhere Pennsylvania).

but, remember that Michael's been getting some big accounts, despite his lunacy. he got a decent sized account in this episode and he got one in the Convention one (much to Jan's surprise).
