I still think its pretty funny but once Jim and Pam hooked up it was like whats the point any more?

Nah, I don't see it like that. It's not like Frasier where the series took a steep nose dive after Daphne and Niles hooked up. There's enough character development and back story with The Office to keep the series alive with those two "hooked up".

Ok, so is there not a new thread for new episode? because I thought it was absolutely amazing, much better than last weeks, and considering the general agreement here that last week's was pretty good, I'm surprised there isn't a lot of buzz about the awesomeness seen this week...

I didn't like this weeks as much as I liked last weeks. Last week was amazing.

I dunno how, maybe it had less uncomfortableness but it still certainly had a lot, and I also thought the jokes/funny moments were better and sweeter (also more frequent and evenly distributed).

did you not see the whole thing? it was the model showing off the chair in the catalog that Michael developed a retarded crush for, deeming her 'the one' on one of his whims...

It was solid, but not one of the great ones. I think Pam is going to reject Jim's proposal. When he went to one knee while they were walking was pretty good though. Did anyone else find him a little creepy when he brought out the ring and said he bought it a week after they started officially dating? Pam setting Michael up with her landlord came off really contrived, and could've been so much better. I liked when Dwight was talking about closure and then you see them at the cemetary (I was thinking they were going to Jan).

I only saw the very end where they were singing at the graveyard.

Landlady: Hi... are you.. Michael?
Michael: Michael what? Huh? No.... not, not me.
Landlady: Oh I'm sor--
Starbucks Guy: Coffee for Michael!

***awkwardness ensues***

Michael: *flips his cellphone and shows a picture of Jan*
Landlady: Wow she's beautiful.
Jan on the phone: Michael? You're calling me?

The look on his face after his name got called, where he looked at the camera and frowned.. classic. And how he just flip the phone shut... this episode was a great recovery from the last.

The last two episodes have been way too Michael-heavy. The show is at its best when it's focusing on the other characters.

It looks like they're going to have some fun with the Jim-Pam thing. There will probably be a fake proposal or two in every episode for the rest of the season.

I'm just now getting around to watching last week's episode on NBC.com

Wendy... ohhh. A saucy redhead.
"My name is not Wendy... this is a Wendy's restaurant."

BUAHAHA 🙂

Yeah that was funny. I want everyone to write the name down of a single girl on a piece of paper and give it to me or you are fired.
