It will be fine, to my understanding new variants aren’t super fatal and fall there should be an updated vaccine.
Long covid will still be a thing, plenty reason to avoid getting infected unless you don't mind going through life a zombie.

Next booster's expected in a month. I wonder if it will be updated with the latest strain, which was only ID'd by WHO about a week ago. I sort of doubt it.

Global warming is an American crisis? I thought it was world wide.

Same with Covid.

Agreed, but he did say American crisis. These issues can't be fixed unless the whole world participates. And that will never happen.
Not to be too pedantic, but any crisis that actually affects Americans beyond 'i had to stay at home :(' will affect everyone, and likely much worse... Which I think we're both saying if I'm reading you correctly.

We cannot deal with any future crisis until we deal with the gigantic crisis preventing us from doing anything positive, and that crisis is the entire republican party.

I am in favor of destroying the Republican Party.

I find it hilarious when people think there is actually much difference between the two parties.
Niether party has been shown to be very honest.

In what other aspects of life do you exist outside reality, besides politics?

You keep being you. Make sure the country stays divided. It's working well.
And leave it in P&N.

This is about crisis in America, it's as on topic as possible.

Anybody who both sides the two parties today is just ignorant, willfully ignorant, or has a right-wing agenda.

Funny you think I'm trying to divide the country when it's one party who is racist, bigoted, sexist, intolerant, supports overthrowing democrac(basically anybody supporting Trump and half the other candidates), and the list goes on. and you want to say the two parties are similar. Nuts. You people are totally wackadoos and don't exist in reality.

I'm not a republican you simpleton. I've just been around long enough to know both parties are dishonest. And neither will solve our problems.
Keep voting the party line, and spewing your hate. I didn't vote for Trump, I think he's despicable, but he's not our president anymore. Get over it.

I don't care what you 'say' you are. We can all say we are lots of things. If you are both sidesing a mid-stage Nazi party like the GQP and a typical average political party with corruptness and other issues like the Dems, in the same breath together, you are just an idiot then. And to dismiss Trump like he has no influence over our current situation just because he is not president right now while ignoring various elephants in the room, I mean, it's time to start questioning IQ points.

And considering the moron regressive right wing jackwagon laughing at your posts, it just reiterates this obvious fact even more so.

I want to mention one thing there will be no response from me because you are certainly correct we’re going into P&N territory. This is just something to think about.
I agree historically both parties have had challenges keeping promises or at negotiating away all the benefit of some program for me and I get that’s disappointing.
Currently we are at a weird point in time let’s say a crossroad. The extreme of one party is talking about Jewish Space Lasers starting fires, nearly every opposition politician is part of a child sex abuse cabal that meets on a secret island somewhere and *some* of them are happy with the idea of shooting anyone including women & children who cross the boarder.
The extreme of the other side is talking about free healthcare for all, free education, affordable housing and debt relief for those whom cannot afford it and a dignified retirement for all.
Notice the difference between the extremes? One is obviously far more extreme. Personally I refuse to agree the extreme side of D Politics is equal to the extreme side of R politics.

I live in reality. Go back to your cave. I have no time for fools that can't see the all too painfully obvious in front of them. especially those who try to obfuscate reality with their moronic both sidesing. At this point y'all are just as much of the problem, there is no hope for you, because we don't have time to talk sense to all the idiots, no matter what shade of fucked up they are in right now.

So full of hate, for someone who probably voted the same way you did, and has been for decades. And yet nothing is solved...

I think we have a perfect example of another of America's crisis. Not just Republicans, but Republican-lites, like this jackwagon.

Dolt: The two parties are the same!

Person in reality: But no they aren't even close, I mean if the horrific Trump era has taught us anything, the parties have never been more different.

Dolt: Oh but I hate Trump and despise him! Plus he's not even president so this is irrelevant (truly a most boneheaded statement at best, and a blatant lie at worst)

Person in reality points out inconvenient fact - Trump is by far the leading candidate for leader of the GQP party, right now, and his two closest competitors are just as messed up as he is (DeSantis and Vivek), and Trumpism still rules the GQP party, even if not directly from Trump - so this means the vast majority of the republican party are in fact, Trump and Trump-version supporters.

Dolt: YOU ARE SO MEAN!

Conclusion: Moron. This guy knows exactly what he is doing. I'm pretty sure I've seen him do something like this before, so either he is intentionally dishonest, or a caveman, take your pick.

Costco hasn't had my coffee beans on sale for 6 months. WTF? I had to go to Sam's and pay $21 for ground.

Fucking diaper Joe.
