Seems like it's been going downhill lately too. My iBook G4 has a few qurks that are 'just the way the product is'

A friend of mine got 3 iBooks that were warped from heat right out of the box. Makes you wonder what (if any) environmental testing is done on these systems.

Apple to me is like the VW of computers. Great feel and perception of quality, but all only skin deep.

I disagree. Most of their products are of very high quality. iBooks seem to suffer the most problems (to me, at least).

Whenever I go to their soho store, I'm less impressed with the design of the place and more impressed with the girls they have working the checkout lines. :D

It sucks worse than Office XP.... and Entourage is probably the worst email client i've ever used.
