I agree they are ugly as sin compaired to what they could of updated to. These forums are about the second only to fuzetalk in terms of bottem of the barrel. Its kind of silly they 'upgraded' to this after so long.

They went from "1998 forums" to "2003 forums"... It would be sweet if it were 2003. But its not. Its 2009.

i do like that the new page numbers are links instead of stupid java script buttons.

picture embedding is a plus.

This theme wastes so much space. Fusetalk was much more compact in terms of usefulness - smaller fonts and stuff.

Definitely this. I love all the back end improvements from vB, but really, it looks quite a bit less professional than FT. Perhaps just because I have vB associated with so many absolutely terrible forums in my head.
