I have an uncle that worked in the space program back then and my family lived right next to the Cape at the time as my Dad was doing work out at the Cape. Even though I was not born yet, I tend to believe their stories about the moon landing.

I lived in Clear Lake Forest from 1970-1974 which is 1 mile from the Johnson Space Center. I went to school with Neil Armstrong's son and played at his house many times. I can tell you with 100% certainty that we landed on the moon.

Besides, look at how cheesy the moon landing looked in Superman II. If they couldn't make a passable moon experience from Hollywood in 1980, what makes you think they could do it in 1969?

Yep, I was 13 and whatched many hours of the live broadcasts on closed circuit TV in my middle school classroom like millions of others my age. And as others have said the technology didn't exsist in 1969 to pull off such an elaborate hoax. And many believe that it was just the short footage most of you have seen, not the case. It was broadcast live on closed circuit for several hours a day in practically every classroom in the country (try faking that with 1969 techno)
