First of all, the Supreme Court vote was 5-4. Not 9-0. It was not unanimous.

Second, her ruling was consistent to existing law. Which the Supreme Court ruling overturned.

So, don't act like she was some incompetent moron that the Supreme Court had to clean up after. She was following existing precedents, like most judges do. He ethnicity is irrelevant.

If you had a brain, you'd know this, instead of repeating Limbot hate speech verbatim. How do you remember to breathe without being told to?

That's hilarious coming from someone who supports a political party trying to destroy a hispanic female judge's impeccable reputation. Hypocritical much? Of course you are. You're a Republican.

Republicans are trying to destroy her because she's a Democrat, not because she's hispanic. Now get back under there before you give Jokus blue balls.

So, keep shifting the goalposts. Call a hispanic woman who's more intelligent that all the people on this forum put together a racist. Call a black man who's also more intelligent, and compassionate, that all the right wing psychos on this board a socialist. Whatever, floats your boat. Remember this: YOU LOST. It's our time now. How does it feel?

It feels like someone just let their child onto their ATP&N account, to be honest.

You lost. How does it feel?

You've become what you hated and mocked for 8 years, how does it feel?

Feels great. Something is finally going to get done about ultra rich sociopaths screwing poor people. I hope Obama goes all the way, and bans lobbying, offshore tax havens, and raises the top income tax bracket to 70%, or higher. Then we'll be back in 50's esque "Golden Age" the Republicans love to talk about. Except without all the racism and sexism, of course. Cain't have everythang, Bubba!

You do realize, of course, that the Democrats in office ARE the rich, don't you?

Sorry little boy, you've been had. Democrats aren't going to do anything about the rich. I guess you're just going to have continue crying yourself to sleep on your frilly pink pillow.

Oh look, it's everybody's favorite liar pretending he's a "Libertarian." Like there's a difference.

Sure I know they're rich. They're also voting in insurance legislation that's going to hurt them more than help them. Ever see a Republican do that? Oh, I'm sorry. I mean "Libertarian."

They're both for opting out of their social responsibilities to the society they live in. They're both the same as far as I'm concerned.

How does one act like a white guy anyways?

I don't know how to describe it in words, but if there was ever a need to describe an awkward old white guy trying to act black, Michael Steele gives the greatest demonstrations whenever he goes into 'hip hop' mode.

Try to describe it in words. I want to read your definition of acting like a "white" guy while complaing about his stereotyping of blacks eating fried chicken.

Don't do it Phokus, its a trap!!!!!

Not really. You can disagree with Barack Obama's politics, but even many conservative commentators say that the positive of Obama's presidency is that black kids can look up to Obama and be something greater than their normal expectations would otherwise tell them.

As for, 'authentically black', it's someone who acts like a normal black person.

The bigger point is

"authentically black and doesn't play upon racist stereotypes"

meaning, being a normal black person without playing about the pernicious racial stereotypes associated with it.

Please, humor us all and describe the "normal black person."

If you don't see the irony in you trying to stereotype what a "normal black person" would act like......

Careful Phokus, another trap!!!!!!

He is thoroughly fisked and deservedly ridiculed for outright lies here:

Total fail. You suffer a severe blow to the head recently?

"No, no, look, the reality of it is when I ran for the United States Senate and I was called an Uncle Tom by leading Democrats in the country, when I was called a slave by Steny Hoyer who is now the majority leader in the House, no one came running to my defense, and no one seemed to think that that was racist at the time. I don?t play the race card, I don?t play the race game, the way some tend to want to do."

1. Called "Uncle Tom" by leading Democrats? False

2. Called "a slave"? False

3. No one came to his defense? False

4. No one thought it was racist at the time? False

5. Doesn't play the race card? False

Seem's pretty well supported by the evidence in the link to me. With what do you disagree or find fault? Perhaps a civil discussion is possible here.

Of course there's other nits, and I'm picking them. Doesn't mean I don't have 15 seconds to post a funny about Mr. What Up.
