that's what they said. what the world heard was "i'm incredibly selfish and deserving of much more attention," and that they should give americans every opportunity to turn on each other. obviously i wouldn't want either of them on my team, but where is the weak link? is it wells and harper, or is it black women in general?

as representatives of america, of their race and gender, these 2 are miserable failures. i can only hope that is recognized and they see zero in endorsements.

I don't know what the whole story is, but good for them. The media does it all the time, like this year early in the olympics, it wasn't, "Ryan Lochte wins swimming event!", the headline was, "Michael Phelps loses event." I understand doing that sort of thing when an American loses to another country's athletes, but amongst Americans, the winner should get the glory.

Because the US doesn't get 232415 medals for beach volleyball you fucking communist. Just about when I thought I'd see no more medals for badminton or ping pong, there it is. Every fucking day.

There are 5 events for Badminton. Singles(2), doubles(2) and mixed.

Same as Tennis.

Table Tennis has 4 events.. does not include mixed doubles.

A grand total of 9.
