I went to a church lock-in once in the 1990s. They wouldn't let us watch Jurassic Park because they thought it was too intense for teens. We had to watch The Wizard of Oz again...

I did get to connect my friend's Sega Genesis and play Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

We usually first see The Wizard of Oz at such a young age that we don't really question it. But if you watch the movie as for the first time, it is really bizarre.

A church Lock-in sounds so culty. I did go to Teen Bible Camp a few times, which in retrospect is even more cultier than a 1 night lock-in could possibly be. Either way it's an odd thing if the Religion was in fact True.
