All right then, quit responding then and go read the Bible. You obviously don't know what it written in it.
The refutation is in the passage you quoted. God didn't command Jephthah to sacrifice his daughter.

No, we don't agree that objective morals exist. You say that Yahweh is the moral arbiter. There's a big difference; a sentient being can change his mind.
It is important to note that a morality that is the collection of opinions of a particular individual (god or not) is subjective by definition. Objective things do not depend on any individual.

It has everything to do with my honesty, your silly claims notwithstanding. I told you the state of my beliefs and you have rejected them. That can only mean that you believe I have knowingly reported a falsehood.
No, I haven't accepted them. I still don't believe you.
WHAT origin of life?
Sigh...

What do you believe about life originating in this universe?

Then we can be certain you do not form your beliefs according to evidence.
No evidence presented.
That may be, but it has not been stipulated. Moreover, you are not the sole arbiter on what constitutes "the teachings of Christ."
I'm confident that the extermination of Jews doesn't align.

I don't believe that you don't believe me.

What do you believe about life originating in this universe?
You show me where life originated in this universe and I'll tell you what I believe about that.

No evidence presented.
Bearing false witness. My report of my own beliefs is evidence.

I'm confident that the extermination of Jews doesn't align.
Your opinion is noted. It seems the Catholic church in Germany disagreed.

I don't believe that you don't believe me.
Yawn.
You show me where life originated in this universe and I'll tell you what I believe about that.
So you're taking the "head in the sand" route. Ok.
Bearing false witness. My report of my own beliefs is evidence.
Yes you made a claim that I don't believe.
Your opinion is noted. It seems the Catholic church in Germany disagreed.
What is your source? Please cite the church stating that the teaching's of Jesus included exterminating the Jews.

Kind of a strawman the way you state this. We don't believe God has opinions on right and wrong.

Over 1.8% DNA differences? I suppose you treat women differently than you do men but you wouldn't condone murder of either so I don't see this as a sufficient response.

Unless your argument is that somehow women aren't human I don't see that that point stands.

I have no idea what I'd do if I thought I was seeing God tell me to rape somebody. I think it would be a good indication that it wasn't God if he did.

So you'd agree that rape is bad regardless of whether God is for it or against it?

I can't (won't) stop being a skeptic just because other skeptics are assholes.
"Skeptic" isn't the right word. A skeptic is a person who tends to doubt accepted wisdom, and I don't think of a belief in the supernatural as "accepted wisdom." It's just a very common delusion.

This is how we know that you are not interested in considering any evidence.

So you're taking the "head in the sand" route. Ok.
Not at all. If you think there is some evidence I should consider, present it.

Yes you made a claim that I don't believe.
I don't believe you.

What is your source? Please cite the church stating that the teaching's of Jesus included exterminating the Jews.
Why should I cite a source? You don't believe my claim?

Or men you sexist pig! :D

Treating something different is irrelevant was the only argument.

Not sure how you get that from what I said.

The "evidence" presented isn't sufficient to convince me. I don't believe your claim that you don't believe what I said atheists believe.

Living things exist. Living things at one point didn't exist. How do you believe that gap was bridged?
I don't believe you.
Fine.
Why should I cite a source? You don't believe my claim?
You made a claim about a historic event. Either retract it or provide evidence. I won't believe you based upon your claims but I will believe you if you provide sufficient evidence.

I'll stick with the dictionary definition:

"A person inclined to question or doubt all accepted opinions and/or beliefs."

I don't believe any of this.

Living things exist.
What exactly is a living thing?

Living things at one point didn't exist.
Prove it.

How do you believe that gap was bridged?
What gap?

Please provide evidence that I am being a hypocrite or retract the accusation.

It's quite obvious that you are willingly misunderstanding things. I don't expect you to believe that, but really nobody cares what you think. Everyone else can see it.

This puts a disbelief in God at the same level as a disbelief in climate change or a disbelief in the theory of evolution. Do you really think of your position as that shaky?

I'm still not following you.

I treat chimps differently to humans because they are different.

I eat baby sheep. You're not arguing that they should be treated like baby humans are you?

Not sure how you get that from what I said.

Well if God says something that goes against your moral code where does that moral code come from? Obviously not God.

Here's something for you to consider: Although the origins of life are already pretty well explained by science, let's assume that - say - twenty years from now the explanations, and objective evidence, are a slam dunk. At that point, will you cease to believe in God? Or will you shift your argument to some other not-sufficiently-explained (for you) area, and claim (again) that "it can only be explained by supernatural intervention"? And if so, what does this say about you?

So your factual assertion was that of your opinion? I'd be more interested in what your favorite cookie flavor is to be honest. Just as valid.

I would as well but that isn't what the bible said happened.

LOL OMG have you ever seen a bible? Geezus Christ almighty on a stick.
