I put the trailer to the test today, it survived the highway and gravel road and also survived a mostly full wood load. I will need a lot of practice backing it up though, but it's my first time actually owning a trailer or really using one. This will go well to clear that pile that's in the background though, was doing it by hand back and forth and it was hard on the feet now I can just load the trailer and then pull it closer to burn pile and separate into fire wood and immediate burn wood.

I suck backing trailers up. I can only get my chipper in the driveway if my driveway's to the right. I tried going in from the left once, and I had bail. Drove down the road, turned it around, and went in on the side I was comfortable with :^D

The first time I drove with a trailer, I was driving a U-Haul towing my car. Got pinned in a parking lot at about 2am (I left 12 hours late). Took about 30 minutes of microadjustments to turn around. I was displeased.

I mixed it a bit too much, was a little thick when I put it in the molds. Got about 8.5 pounds of it curing.

Is it scented, or plain soap?
It's lightly scented. I had a lot of little bottles, so it's cherry, vanilla, marshmallow, almond, and pistachio. The soap is shea butter, mango butter, coconut oil, castor oil, and olive oil. Should be pretty good. The GF wasn't here, so it's happily glitter free.

Fairly crude redneck construction, but made a frame for 2 55 gal barrels to hold them still for transport. End goal is to plumb them together so there is a single fill port and a single supply port, and a vent. There will also be a battery pump to pump the water out and a battery submersible pump to pump water in from a lake, and it will be all self contained. Although the pumps will need to be easily detachable so they can be stored inside so the residual water does not freeze overnight.

For now though they are just stand alone tanks, doing lot of brush cutting tomorrow and will have a fire going so I want this ready just in case, and also to put the fire out after. I just brought it home and filled it with town water. I may modify the side section so it's a single 2x4 instead of the 2 small ones. I was trying to find ways to save on weight, but in grand scheme of things it's pretty negligible and will be stronger if I redo that part.

Yeah hopefully it will be fine but will need to drive carefully. I might add some metal nail ties in key areas to strengthen it. Like L brackets at the middle corners, that middle 2x4 is what's going to be taking on the most abuse during accelerate or decelerate events. It's definitely something I already have plans on modifying.

So . . . you WANT her to be an icebox. I can definitely see the attraction.

@Red Squirrel is all set to be a future cult leader yet he probably doesn't realize it. But who knows what his real intentions truly are. I wonder how many women he has got ready to become part of his harem in the woods :p
"Cult leader" is a tough gig. Potentially unlimited cash, "trim" and "meds" will almost invariably send you down a path that is a high speed express train making limited stops in "you're not deluded," "so, you've become a god," followed by "is this all there is," "where are my drugs," and finally, "get that bitch Cindy in here for my nooner."

A cult could be fun. Can have blackjack, and hookers!

The water transportation setup worked out well but I do need to make a few changes such as reinforcements. It was fine in transit, but I can tell the front and back supports are the weak spot when man handling it, making the side continuous will fix that. Also need to take out some material on the bottom side rails, it fits too snugly in the wheel wells making it too hard to move after. May also need a straight piece to better support the bottom of the barrel, I don't think they're really meant to be filled up and suspended that way, they were buckling a bit.

Also did not realize just how fast my 1/2 hp pump could empty one barrel, If I were fire fighting this would hardly be enough unless I'm just putting out embers. Definitely something to think about when I get more established and want water storage for fire fighting so I don't end up like that town that had no working hydrants and burnt to the ground. Whoops.

To add some excitement to all of this I was using a super sketchy extension cord that was given to me. I realized that the good cord I brought up here is only 2 prong.

Just got back from Ohio and wanted to share what we made while we were there. In a past life my wife and I were florists so when my only nephew announced he was getting married we offered to do the flowers free of charge at no cost to them.

Even though we live in Illinois and they live in Ohio we were able to make it all work by setting up an account with Cleveland Plant & Flower Company located in Parma Ohio. They were great and offered up their commercial coolers for us to use and provided a design space for us. Really awesome company that went above and beyond.

Anyway here are some pics. All of the flowers you see were designed and created by me and my wife. We also designed and setup how it all looks not only here but at the reception after.

Arbor and vases.

Here is a pic of the newlyweds under the arbor and with the bridesmaid bouquets laid out on her dress.
