There is often an issue with leased equipment and recouping installation costs so, yeah: credit checks.

Bought Sony WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones for $278. I don't know if it will be cheaper on Black Friday but I figured $72 savings was good enough.

Bought Apple AirPods Pro for $200 for my wife. She misplaced her regular AirPods somewhere in the house and can't find it. She feels bad about losing it but I view it as opportunity to upgrade. She's going to be surprised and happy when I hand her the new AirPods Pro.

Shoulder strap for camera attached

What strap and strap mounting setup are you using and which Canon is this? I have a 5d Mk3 and just got in a 5dS-R from B&H for $1500 (liquidation price on new).

Two days ago I ordered this 65" CX OLED LG TV for $1800+tax. It has since gone up a little but it was way better than the $2300-2400 they've been wanting for it. Even stranger was the fact that I guess Amazon wasn't going to be your friend for haven sold it to you at such a low price because they chose NOT to offer me even basic installation or even an extended warranty. Everything I've ever bought from them in the past 2-3 years they have asked if I wanted extended warranty coverage, but not this item. SO I get the TV on the cheap and it';; be dropped off at the foot of the driveway. Oh yeah, their first available delivery offering was literally 6AM-9AM today (Sunday). Who the hell is up at this time other than me, and because of this delivery?

6D and this strap. I don't really shoot that much to start with. Pretty sure the shuttle hasn't seen a thousand activation.
The strap plate is arca swiss so it can go on tripod directly. Much more comfortable than neck strap.

Do you use a small bag for it or a larger case? I usually look for something to just load the camera and whatever one lens I plan on using the given day, but for some odd reason I was looking at small leather camera bags. I couldn't believe how much Amazon had to offer. I had also not considered waxed canvas as opposed to nylon.

Just picked up a large backpack. I usually take the whole bag since I don't really have time to go walkabout shooting. It's just with the kids. I do have a hip holster and a large old style single strap bag.

More gear than actual use lol.

And this cheap 85mm

And cheapass filter set I am sure I am not going to use.

Yes, I am replying to myself. I made a big-ass mistake and actually ordered the 65" BX model. I didn't realize it until after the delivery van had bolted. I went onto Amazon and the first thing they asked was the item used/opened, which of course I said no. They are charging me $50 for the return, but %40 is a lot better than haven paid $1800 for a bloody BX model. I must have been half-asleep when I ordered that thing. That is what I get for following a website link and not the actual Amazon page. Idiot lesson for me here.

That's cool setup. I need to go order that. I get tired of my fave strap with its universal free motion hinge I try to keep on it to swapping the quick release plate of the tripod. Your setup makes that a non-issue. Thanks for sharing.

Costco has the 65" CX for $1850. You also get 5 years warranty and $100 Hulu credit.

Not exactly just, but two best things I bought in the last year are:

This Lenovo Thinkpad P1 (vers. 1), workstation level laptop

Concept2 Model D Rowing Machine

I think I'm gonna stick with Thinkpads from now on. Have tried a few other laptops, never had luck with them. Every Thinkpad I've ever had I still have. Actually, this one needs an RMA, the keyboard has a few balky keys, but I need a replacement before I return it for repair. Another Thinkpad!
