10 inch hole saw. This is about the limit for me and a hand-held cordless drill. Seems like a really good way to break a wrist if it's your introduction to hole saws and you're using it on something that isn't drywall.

Chainsaw would be a good way to cut a 10" square. If it has to be circular, finishing with a coping saw would get it round.

Run that bad boy through an oak 2x12, see what breaks first. The board, the bit, the drill, or your arm. A video would be welcome.

Works pretty well.
I have something similar that has a base. I use it in my bedroom on the dim setting, but it gets more than bright enough to use as a proper desk lamp. I'm really happy with it. I have two actually. Got them from meh, and I think they were about $20 for the pair.

Make sure you use a drill that has a second handle so you can use 2 hands at least. Biggest I used is 6" going through solid wood and that will bring you for a ride if it decides to get caught.

Got two of these from meh...

$21 with shipping. They're only 5ah each, but I thought the price was decent for the power. My stay in the hospital made me realize I need extra compact power. Probably will never need them, but they'll be available if I do.

edit:
upgraded with a Janeway sticker :^D

I should've given it more thought. The other one is stickerless atm. I could've put a Tuvok sticker on one, and a Neelix sticker on the other.

Can i asked where you bought it? I have been using an old Casio F91W digital watch and was thinking of an upgrade during my visit to Japan the end of this month.
I got mine at the Seiko Dream Square in Ginza, and they gave the tax free discount when showing my passport.

You can also find them in Bic Camera stores (I think I saw the one I got for a little less than I paid at the Seiko Store; sometimes they also have coupons floating around online for extra money off beyond the tax discount).

Be forewarned, we went through a Bic Camera once, and it was a sensory nightmare. They definitely have a ton of stuff and it can be cool, but they were also always playing their stupid jingle, and the store is like a multi-level labyrinth. And some items in Japan are not necessarily cheaper than buying domestically (in the US).

Buying in the Seiko store was a much more pleasant experience, even if I may have spent $30 more buying the watch there. I didn't need to get the lowest price - just needed a much better deal than I could get in the US.
