Not everyone gets a hearing. Visa overstays are subject to immediate deportation without any due process. Overstays make up a large portion of legal visits, turned illegal immigration.

I took concentration camps out of the title. It's not needed and I seriously doubt that Trump would do such a thing.

But, the hunt for illegals is on. I live in South Jersey and there are many illegals in my area. There was just a law that's being voted on, and it's directed squarely at the illegal immigrants. The local stores, construction and lawn care businesses rely on the large Mexican population for help. And, with summer looming it's going to be interesting to see if there are any shortages.

Yes, that is true. And that was the case under Obama too. Where was the outrage? The truth is what Obama did and what Trump is doing is legal under our laws. In other words, our laws are being followed. If an immigrant knowingly overstayed his visa, I don't have much sympathy for him. He knew that he risked deportation if caught.
