The guy clearly says in the video that (paraphrasing) "people often think I am a girl, but I am a guy". He expresses no doubts about his gender - he says he is a guy. So AFAICT the problem actually lies with you and your intolerance.

I am wondering why you won't respect his decision. It chooses to wear the stereotypical clothes of a female. It chooses to wear a stereotypical female hairstyle. Why would it do that? You might be able to argue the mannerism and voice but I'm sure those are practiced and probably enhanced by hormones.

If you'd like to start a new thread of your own and refer to him as an "it" that's fine, but the person in the video is a he on my thread.
I think if Randy would have asked him, he would have felt embarassed or "put on the spot," but not quite all the way to "offended." I think he knows people get confused and he should accept that as long as people aren't rude about it.
