The HOA is coming after your truck

When you buy a house with HOA you sign a contract that requires you to follow all the stupid rules they make, no matter how stupid they are. If the HOA, by vote of members, doesn't like the way your ugly truck looks they have every right to pass and ordinance against it. Don't like it? Don't buy a house in an area with a HOA, most don't have one.

It's that simple. The whole point of the HOA is to prevent hicks like OP from driving their lifted F150s right onto their unkempt lawns.

except that they didn't. How hard is that to understand?! The truck is 100% allowed by any interpretation of the HOA except the idiots trying to interpret it incorrectly to attack this man.

The truck has an extended cab but I don't call that a full crew cab.
If the HOA really owns the driveways it isn't their driveway.

An HOA is an absolute and total deal breaker on any house, no matter how nice the house or the price.

I am NOT giving busy body neighbors any control over my property or house, NONE!
