Since I've gotten a bit stuck with my PR.. dropping a bit of weight and adding some reppage.

225x5, 295x5, 365x5, 415x5, 315x5, 315x5, 225x10 = 14150

I've never gotten dizzy due to high volume, but I've definitely gotten light headed/near syncopal after a good PR squat or dead.

I've never gotten dizzy, but I did see spots for a second after doing a max set lol.

I've definitely seen spots myself, so now I make a conscious effort to breathe, and not to raise up too quickly afterward.

As for dizziness, I'll usually only feel it on leg day after I've done a number of hammy/quad supersets. No, supersetting legs is not in any way enjoyable, but sometimes you just need to get in and out in 45 minutes, pain be damned.

What sort of equipment do you use? I'm doing my next meet raw, but then an August meet in gear for the first time. From what I understand, USAPL has stricter gear rules than most feds though.

The USAPL follows IPF guidelines - the strictest of all. Single Ply poly, 2 meter knee wraps, closed back shirts, ect...
The USPF allows 2.5 meter knee wraps - that's the only difference that I can tell. I'll be using Titan Centurion Squat suits Dual Quad - single ply, for both my squats and deads. I use Inzer 2.5 meter Iron wraps for squats. I use Titan F6 single ply bench shirt. Except for the knee wraps, everything I wear has the IPF approved logo on it. I have a Titan Super Katana single ply - but the darn thing is to tight. I need more time to break it in - hopefully by the USPF Sr. Nationals in July...
Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to train using gear. Don't think you can put on bench shirt and increase your bench 50 lbs that same day - it takes practice!

225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 1
315 x 1
3130
off day, i knew it was bad when 275 felt heavy and the bar started slipping out of my head halfway through the set

315,816

I guess I can add to this... Yesterday DL workout...

10 x 135
3 sets of 10 at 185
1 set of 5 at 235

Total weight pulled = 8075

8075 + 337,776 = 345,851

Ok, I'm familiar with some of that stuff - people in my gym use it. I'm going to use the gear a little over the next few months, and then start doing serious in gear training this summer, leading up to the August meet. It helps that I'm working with a PL coach that has 20+ in gear lifters at the gym.
