Did a workout today that included 30 reps of 315 = 9450. Also did 3x225 and 3x315 = 1620 during warm-up.

I did deadlifts for the first time in years today! I think I'm making them a fixture in my workout from here on out. I felt like I could have gone a bit heavier, but I don't know how good my form was. No point in getting injured right out of the gate.

135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x10 = 8200

Did some complexes yesterday that included light deadlifts so:

85x5, 85x4, 85x3, 85x2, 85x1, 95x5, 95x4, 95x3, 95x2, 95x1 = 2700

more today:

135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 225x10, 275x10 = 10450
