Your sarcasm is noted however there is still a gulf between what Senator Franken is accused of and the examples of Weinstein and Cosby.

__________

Yeah, hugh gulf. Two of the men mentioned are apparently rapists and the 3rd is apparently *only* a groper. News flash, the groper is still a piece of shit.

Ok now we see where you stand just let everyone go get judged in the court of public opinion without any investigation. That's fine I guess. News flash that might be fine for anarchy but that's not how justice should be decided.

You believe those 8 women are all liars then? You think that it might be a conspiracy? You think maybe Hillary was behind it?

I believe that the allegations of the 8 women were serious enough to send Al Franken to a Senate Hearing and enter the testimony of all parties involved into the record then decide what penalty the Senator should face if any.... (but probably something)

WTF does Hillary have to do with the Franken allegations aside that she is the same sex as Al's accusers? Nothing. WTF would you bring it up then? As a distraction? yeah probably? But to what end? WTF even gives a FF?!
Stick to the issue.

The Clinton reference was a joke, son, a joke. There were a lot of references as to how there was a conspiracy behind the various complaints against him and that was just a play on those.

Ah, here we go, the "if he hasn't been convicted in a court we can't make judgments about him" stance. There's always one.

Yes, you always have to be wary about rushing to judgment. But there's something else that's important, too: use your damn head. If several women say they experienced the same behavior from a man, that means he probably did what they claimed -- unless you want to suggest the women were conspiring among each other. At a certain point, you have to accept that the publicly available evidence is sometimes strong enough to clearly point toward guilt or innocence.

Yes the number of accusers in Franken's case raises eyebrows.
However the a Senate Hearing would have happened and the result very well may have been him leaving the Senate anyway.
On the spectrum of possible charges and accusations I would've liked to see the hearing. You disagree and that's fine. I'll err on the side of due process a bit more than you will.
