What doesn't make sense is the denials in the thread topic . I did what I did for a reason. the jews are not some scared cow that is untouchable when they hide behind a lie that is so god awfully told anyone that isn't twisted can see threw . At the same time in the 50s those same schools did teach us befor the jews there was semerian . which has differant spellings. My generation was at than were the rest of the world is now . Son, my good Christian parents taught me about hate when i was thrown out on the street without anything but the clothes on my body and a leather jacket, all for telling them the truth.

I am not bitter about that, i was raised by my grandparents and lived in a hellhole until i was old enough to join up, i've never looked back. The sUmerians, and people of around that region/era were probably the source of parts of the biblical old testament. However, Moses as described in the old testament is extremely unlikely to have been an actual, real person, and the jews are unlikely to ever have been held captive in egypt. This is all mythical stuff, perhaps based in part on real events that were then embroidered like a fisherman's tale. All that stuff about plagues of frogs, angels taking all the firstborns of egypt, parting the red sea, wandering for years in a desert that you can drive across in a car in less than ONE DAY etc... It's all myth of course.

The egyptians were probably the inspiration of parts of the biblical new testament (the jesus myth). But the new testament has nothing to do with judaism, other than that it branched off from it, originally.
