IF you are really looking to lose weight ONLY drink water with your meal.Originally posted by: 0roo0roo
its pretty easy to drink a lot of calories.
That supersize meal with the large drink (the cup costs more than the drink, except for Coke) - is the worst "bargain" for y0ur body (period)
IF you are really looking to lose weight ONLY drink water with your meal.

I just started doing exercises (outside of sports) regularly and would like to know if this really will get me anywhere anytime soon.Originally posted by: yobarman

Nothing is more annoying than seeing some fat sow in line at McDonalds or one sucking down a frappuchino at Starbucks.
Americans are disgustingly fat, it's seriously disturbing.

I can tell you about me . . . . at 5'9", I weighed nearly 170 lbs in February, 03 when I decided to get serious again. It took five months to drop 30 lbs and was accomplished without dieting (I did cut out snacking and ALL junk food, however)- I do however exercise a couple of hours a day.Originally posted by: rh71
