Law is a system that attempts to bring justice to the world and justice is an aspect of love. Politics is the communal process of creating law according to the consensually evolved level that it currently exists in a society. Society reflects our current capacity to love.

There are two kinds of love, the love of the ego, what most call the self, and love that emanates from pure being, real love from the real self.

All ego love is a form of self hate, a protection from pain. What the false self calls justice is pleasure for the ego and freedom from pain. Real justice is possible only for those who have real love of the self. Real love is empathy.

Do you feel for the condition of others in an unjust world? May you find the highest joy if you do. May you be filled with the joy of love.

To me at it's most basic level, justice is the enforcement of the Golden Rule.

I think that is the simplest way to say it, but there is a dangerous dynamic hidden there one needs to be aware of. We hate our selves and we actually are wishing onto others what we wish for ourselves all the time. We are destroying life on earth including our own because the ego hates all life itself.

The golden rule only works if we love ourselves and thqt which is truly best for us is what we wish for others as well.

While I don't quite agree with all the self hate stuff. I do agree with this point. The golden rule only works when it is something that is "for the best".

So the question again becomes, what is good? what it justice? Not something that really has a well defined answer.

Saying "Just follow the golden rule" ignores a whole slew of issues because how I want to be treated isn't necessarily how you want to be treated. In fact, it may be the opposite of how you want to be treated.

Good and justice is whatever we are indoctrinated with. I don't know how many more examples I need to show y'all of vastly different mores/tenets/atmospherics around the world, especially among cultures who grow up in isolation, that nothing is right or wrong but only localized right and wrong. Since we live in USA/west we all follow about the same path so it's hard to separate our ego and think outside the box.

It doesn't matter how many you show me. There is no right and wrong. Good and evil do not exist. Only the mind empty of meaning sees with being. All the cases of folk who know what is right and what is wrong live in delusion. There is only perfection and perfection is perfectly just. Justice isn't a thing to define, it flows from a state of being. The state of being from which it flows, while unknown to billions, still exists.

The opposite of seeing that folk are brainwashed isn't that everything is subjective because that's just having your brain washed so thoroughly that your head is empty. To be truly empty is to be filled. He who is not, has no ego, is empty of self will. Everything that happens in such a state happens by God's will instead. God is perfect in his justice.

It depends on who I am and who you are, which of two different things you refer to. We have ego and we have a true original self. Egos have many opinions, the true self of all of us is the same. Love wishes only for love.

If you do not agree with self hate as the reason for the mess humans find themselves in, I would gladly listen to what you think is the root of such evil.
