HAHAH - great article.

I graduated from RU in 1997... I don't remember the Fat Darrell tho :frown:

I was mostly a Fat Cat guy... loved the burgers and fries all on one submarine style roll!

Damn... brings back memories!

My favorites were the fat darrell and the fat knight. mmmmmmmm... it's been a while since I've been to Rutgers. (Alum 2002) I miss them so much.

Actually that sandwich looks pretty disgusting. I like chicken fingers, mozz and fries too, not in combination though. I like dill pickles, chocolate ice cream and sausage pizza, but would never suggest piling them onto a sandwich together.

Don't bash it until you try it!

Dude, the guy who invented this sandwich was on FOX5 (NYC) news just this evening. He was wearing a Rutgers shirt.

Ever stick a white-hot cocktail fork into your eye? Would you need to try it before you could bash it as a stupid idea? If you feel that nothing can be judged without experiencing it, go ahead and give it a try, then after you get out of the hospital report back here and let us know if you enjoyed it.

I'm just saying that based on personal experience. In terms this particular food, it may sound terrible but it's actually really good when you eat it. No need to get all violent about it. Dammmn... you need a  or something.

Are there lots of fat people at rutgers?

Heh... I can't give a good opinion since I came from engineering and for some strange reason, they're mostly the "really skinny people who eat lots of junk food" type.
