Trump: Candidate for the emotionally stunted man-child.

He's the candidate for those who hate and do not want to see Hillary in office just like Hillary is the candidate for those who hate and do not want to see Trump in office. We have a very shitty selection this year on who to vote for, don't kid yourself otherwise.

Odd, just yesterday I read on some news that Bernie pledged to campaign for Clinton from now on 'til November. (Which would be AWFUL and goes against anything he stood for in the previous months, to say the least).
One can be an honest socialist and still conclude that a dishonest sociopath is better than a steaming pile of Trump.

Hey, that's the beauty of democracy: we get the leaders we deserve.

Because some or all of the bad things Republicans have said about Hillary must be true.

I'm claiming that Democrats had a primary process that was rigged through superdelegates and having a DNC committee that sandbagged the election on behalf of Clinton. The Democrats had no rule against Sanders running, so why not just allow the voters to decide?

And we did let the voters decide. Hillary won. Bernie backs her.

Your reference to the superdelegates betrays your trollishness. They did what they've always done- push the leader over the top.

I've yet to see anyone say that they're voting for Clinton because she pisses people off. If there is one common thread among Trump supporters, it is hatred and resentment.

I don't agree with you on Clinton, but that's fine. If you're honest, you will acknowledge that there is a fundamental difference between the tone of the two candidacies.

Uh, troll, the voters did decide. And Hillary won. She got millions more votes than Bernie. That's without looking at the superdelegates. The superdelegates ARE part of the rules - they are long time party members and get to choose who to vote for. They, apparently, chose to vote for the person who has been a party member for a long time versus vote for the person who merely joined the party so he could get more support. So, the rules are set up such that Bernie was free to join and run, but it was an uphill battle to persuade the superdelegates that he was the better candidate. They, apparently, didn't buy it. But, as history shows, if Bernie had been ahead in the popular vote, would likely have switched to Bernie to follow what the majority in the party felt.

I referred this week to Bernie Sanders as a cuckold to Clinton, after Debbie Wasserman Schultz's and the other DNC Clinton operatives' emails were released, showing how they were complicate in rigging the Democrat primary. But if this story below is true, I gladly reverse my statement. According to this article in Heatstreet, Sanders is leaving the Democrat party and going back to his independent status. Good for you Bernie.

I recently read someone who said that this word is the verbal equivalent of TruckNutz.

I'm registered as Unenrolled. That's the derogatory term that the Massachusetts controlled Democrats have designated for Independents.

I don't particularly like RINOs, who are just Democrat moderates. I looked into joining the Libertarian party some dozen years back, because I believe in the rule of law and the Constitution. The way to reduce government corruption and idiot mistakes, is lesser government. But I found out that Libertarians were and still are just a bunch of potheads, who want to legalize dope.

I like Trump a lot, because he just pisses so many people off. I have no idea what kind of president he'll make if elected. And I'm sure he'd make plenty of mistakes. But anything to get this country on another road and off this road to hell, is worth a gamble.

America is the premium first world superpower and will be for the foreseeable future. Our hegemonic position in intl politics pretty much ensures it, due to in no small part to a strong central/federal gubmint.

Why would you take a gamble with basically unlimited downside to risk such an enviable position?

I wasn't even going to bring up how it makes no sense.

It makes sense to me in that those who use "cuck" & "cuckold" are making it known to all that they are stupid morons. I liken it to a form of conservative Tourette's (as I call it); people who utter stupid shit that lets you easily identify what herd of morons they belong to. I've been around for almost sixty years and those words are now being tossed around like they've always been in fashion.

No, they are old terms that the adult kids of today have discovered and are running around saying because they don't have parents around to tell them to STFU.

I'm sure the news of this declaration of de-Cucking will help Sanders sleep well tonight.

And that's how the germans felt when they elected Adolf Hitler.

How did that turn out?

Those who do not learn from the mistakes of history are doomed to repeat them.

"Takes back his manhood"? Sounds more along the lines of a confused little boy that can't decide if he's man or woman ;)

It's about the insecurities of the OP in a backhanded sexist way. It'd be a non-sequiter had Bernie lost to a man.

He was never really a Democrat. He was a Socialist pretending to be a Democrat to get nominated.

The irony is that running as a democrat when he is more old school democrat on economic issues than many of today's centrists gets him attacked... when he ran as a democrat so as not to be a spoiler in the way Nader was in 2000 or Perot was in 92.

I'm glad he pushed the democratic party to the left... now hopefully it'll stick.

But given the recent kerfuffle with a Clinton friend McAuliffe crapping the bed about Hillary flipping on TPP off the cuff then walking it back I guess we'll see about how well it sticks on various issues.
