Take a 55 gal. drum, put it in front of their office door and fill it with concrete, then stick the tire into the wet concrete (so that part of it's sticking out of the concrete). Do this on a Friday night (to give the concrete a couple of days to harden)...

Put the tire in an ordinary brown box. Place your name in the Receiver's portion and his name and address in the sender's portion. Drop it off at the UPS box. If you paid for shipping, when it arrives, don't accept it, have it sent back to him as returned mail.

If you don't stamp it, it will be returned to him anyway.

I'm considering a concrete box, I can cast it with a plywood framewith a window smaller than the dimensions of the tire, I could mount a switch attached to an LED on the outside so they can wiew the contents, just to add insult to injury.
