Oh God yes.
The CR-V just suffers from a high belt line. The Aztek, OTOH, is horrible. The front end is three chunky wedges with the third rising high, then the side windows drop down to adjust the belt line but but go completely against this by rising, which the third window contradicts by drooping below the belt line, into a rear window line that cuts too thin a wedge for the chunky front end, which then brings us to an upswept taillight dropping down again at the rear window belt line (which is at the level of the bottom of the taillights!) Then we add the cladding which makes the bottom half into some sort of scooped boat and top it off with tires that are way too small in asymmetric wheel arches.
Aztek:
After dropping the hood slightly, taking out some of the rise in the beltline giving us a much bigger window for the rear passengers, raising up the bottom of the 3rd window and increasing the angle at the back, along with giving it bigger wheels and raising the cladding at the doors to give it a midline, IMO we now have something that looks like it was designed with the whole in mind:
