Supposed to use it daily... Kinda a real waste of chemicals etc.

If I had to guess, I'd estimate that the cleaner used is at least 80% water.

If it just sprays the wall, and you don't have to wipe it off or rinse it afterwards, it's got to be a decently strong chemical.

I'd be leery of that thing...it may be "environmentally safe, but I'd want to hose down the shower with water before stepping into it on a daily basis, and hopefully get some fresh air in the bathroom as well.

Looks to me like it only sprays 180 degrees not 360. Maybe the advertisers need to take some geometry classes?

Because i really doubt it cleans behind itself.

it does. rotates 360 degrees.

Who would want a semi-automatic shower cleaner?

Seriously though. Your idea is not bad, but requires, plumbing, drywall work, and relaying tile. If I was going to do that much work, I would just manually clean my shower...

1) unscrew current showerhead
2) screw in the T-section that leads to your shower cleaner
3) re-screw in showerhead
4) you could even hook it up to a button, like the one advertised in the OP, to let it spray fora certain amount of time then turn off. Like an automatic urinal.

Does it get all over the stuff you have in the shower? Like we have those poofy things you wash with, my and my wife's razor, etc. Does the cleaning stuff get all coated on those sort of things?

That looks really cool..but for people with shower curtains..wouldn't it spray out through the cracks in the openings? Unless you velcro your curtain to the wall..i don't see how you could avoid the spray getting out and hitting other objects in the bathroom.

No, it has a radar+infrared detector and a precision nozzle that sprays exactly around poofy sorts of things.

Funny. It's a serious question though, I know it gets on the stuff, but does it leave some nasty residue? I don't really want to lather up or shave with bathroom cleaner residue.
