Orbital - Halcyon. Video is a bit weird.

This is actually a glorified re-mix of a track by Opus III called "Fine Night Tonight (w/ Kirsty Hawkshaw on vocals) which itself was a cover of a 1983 single by Jane & Barton. It's a Fine Day was an early 90s club favorite & went #1 on UK charts. Opus III also released "I Talk To The Wind", which I also like quite a bit, as the 2nd single from Mind Fruit.

BTW - Although Kirsty looks kinda weird in that video, she's actually very attractive.

What about someone more mainstream like Sunscreem?

Or AB Logic? Front 242? 808 State? Quadrophonia? Older Prodigy songs (before they got big)?

Rare stuff? Acen's Trip to the Moon III, LA Style's James Brown is Dead, Smart E'sSesame's Treat, Sonz of a Loop de Loop Era Far Out, Gruseome Twosome (which I cannot find on the internet but actually have an MP3 of), and Human Resource's Dominator... just to name a few.

There was a group that did a song with a sample of the Bond theme, and I cant remember the track, but I always liked it. And someone did a cool version of one of Beethoven's symphonies.

Only fat boy slim song worth listening to or watching only because (god I am drawing a blank) that damn actor whats his name is in it 😛

Weapon Of Choice

What was that old techno song from the 90s about pop corn or cool aid or something like that.

Like half these songs were on my playlist for when I'd play Diablo II for hours upon hours...

::goes looking for Diablo II install disks::

😉

This thread brings back so many memories of clubbing years ago.
It's funny how now i'd consider most of the songs i am linking to cheesy techno/trance, but cheesy or not, it's still damn enjoyable music 🙂

I swear I made some playlsits of old stuff I hadn't heard in a while from my library now that this thread reminded me of them...

I swear I was a fvking rocket on the erg tonight.

Friggen 1:58s for every 500m lsitening to "kaskade" and the like. I was friggen keeping 1:23 split times the entire time😀

I'm slowly but surely getting back into shape and this music defintiely helped:beer:

Can't go wrong with Infected Mushroom - Electro Panic (set to final fantasy video)

Derb - Derb (shoddy quality 🙁)

*note* any / all of the benny vids may be NSFW
Benny B - Who's your Daddy? *NSFW*

Benny B - Able to Love

Benny B - no matter what you would do

What would Jean-Michel Jarre be considered? He is definitively a pioneer in electronic music... but it's definitively not electronic DANCE music... umm?

Plus I saw Interstella 5555... Now I'm more addicted 🙂.

Ditto, best and longest music video ever! I love the art direction (being a Captain Harlock fan myself) and the way the music blends in. Interstella definitively made me revisit some of the songs from the album I had little interest in before.

The Daft Punk fans need to check them live. Daft Punk at the 2006 Coachella Festival was the ultimate live experience.
