Bah I'm sick of WoW; done forever I think. Played my heart out on my Warlock and got some great gear; but even with 13kHP I would go down like nobody's business.
If you spec sl/sl with him he's fine but I preferred affliction myself...you just can't arena with that though.

Hold your energy to kick. Just auto attack and keep up slice and dice with a sinister strike/backstab/etc tossed in once in a while to get combos for your next S&D, while waiting for the heal to start, so you'll have energy to kick it. The warrior tank should be ready to shield bash as well.
CoT definitely helps.
Frankly, this is why I think a Shaman tends to do better at interruption than a rogue. You may drop a shaman's shock DPS a little bit forcing him to do ES only (ES-FS rotation is 290 dps where ES is 220) but it really hurts a rogue's DPS to force him to kick in such a small window. I haven't done Karathress, but I have interrupted the Mechas in Mechanar and the window is about 1.5 seconds or so to interrupt Charged Fist. I think I only missed one the entire time and literally the only way to do it is to only attack when you know it's not coming. You also have to keep around 50 energy at all times. Since my rogue is mutilate, he would just wait for the kick, kick and then use mutilate since I knew he wouldn't be able to do it again for the 6 seconds or whatever it is.
Although about the shaman thing... I don't know how often she casts. Rogues have the best interrupt:cooldown ratio of 5:10, warriors are 4:10, Shamans are 2:6 and tied with mages at 8:24.

Not unless they opened up 6 on 2 duels where the loser collapses on the ground with 0 health. They were only a couple feet from the ratchet bank and not a guard seen. From the days when approaching TM would pop 100 deathguards, that was pretty freaky.
That's weird, I could've sworn that there's a guard in front of the bank and one that patrols near the flight master (which east of the bank). It's possible that they ignored the guard because I think the guards in Ratchet are 57 or something like that. The guards in Outlands are 70 elites so pissing them off isn't as nice.

For priests there is a nice thread on the new spirit changes as well as the new formula for spirit and regen.
Did they actually find the formula? Last I was reading they were just arguing over which one was correct. I do remember that they said if you have less than 300 int you will lose regen.
EDIT 2:
I have over 300 though so it's not bad.

So basically, it's a HUGE buff to Priests that are MH/BT geared. If I can find that spreadsheet I'll post the 100% accurate numbers, but I think deleted it. What happens at those gear levels is that 1 spirit starts to become better then 1mp5 in ALL circumstances which is kind of lame for me because that forces me to regem out of all my +healing/mp5 gems. Oh well, I guess it's worth it for the huge buff. From I can tell it's going to be needed with the first few bosses in Sunwell. By the time it comes out my guild will have been farming Illidan for about 4 months, so hopefully we'll have the gear to plow through the place.

About as funny was the 40 something pally killing me just north of TM and then trying to finish the quest involving syndicates just west of the horde AV entrance. Note to wannabe gankers, don't gank and then attempt to quest next to a BG entrance (particularly on that BGs weekend), there just may be a few hi level types hanging around with nothing better to do.

I used to play then one day.. I thought to myself.. wth am I doing.. I could have done soo much instead of playing a game with no reward..
I gave my 60's away right before the expansion got a better job..
I read more books now have a much better social life..
game but not mindless zombie mmorpg games anymore.. wow in many ways is a huge exercise in human repedity and stupidity.. of course if you are all caught up in your nazi guilds raid schedule you sure are not going to see it..
Knowledge is power not a level 70 Orc warrior you wasted 4 years of your life on..
I will say something I told somebody before I left game and gave my account away..
her "I dont know I just do not have a life.. I need to leave this game too.. I have no friends I never do anything.. I have no life.. I play wow and get stoned thats my free time.. "
me "well don't talk about it be about it.. I am done being a blizzard cronie.. I am keeping my 15 bux a month.. I am going to buy a kitten with the money and go outside for a change daily.."

yea you can use T4 tokens for S1 gear and T5 tokens for S2, and i think T6 for S3 but that would just be stupid to do because T6 is godly
however farming SS/TK for tokens for PVP gear makes me LOL

See, there's a couple problems here. First off, just because you have no social life when playing World of Warcraft does not mean that everyone has no social life when playing World of Warcraft. In fact, I go out at least every Friday, if not more than just once a week, and hang out with one of my friends. Not to mention seeing a movie in the theater on Friday if something good comes out!
As a note though... it's actually much cheaper for me to just play WoW for a month than do all of the above. Going out on the weekend with friends costs at least $25 and a movie will cost near $10 these days!
If you have no self-control then that's fine... I think you needed to quit anyway, but personally, I don't have a problem stopping when I want to and I still lead a decent social life.
Oh and the stoner thing explains it all.

Hey, I like my little goofy gnomes. I wish I could give them a last name so I could call 'em, "Sprigglesprocket." That's a cool gnome surname.
