OMG I hate the Heroic 'saved' to instance bs. It is dumb when your grp leaves halfway through an instance then you cant finish it b/c other grps want a fresh run
Bah I'm sick of WoW; done forever I think. Played my heart out on my Warlock and got some great gear; but even with 13kHP I would go down like nobody's business.
If you spec sl/sl with him he's fine but I preferred affliction myself...you just can't arena with that though.

As a squishy, you definitely need resilience for sure these days. It takes a rogue good effort to kill me now and if he doesn't CoS at the right time, he's done. I've been on the other side as a rogue... it can be frustrating depending on how much res your target has. Not so bad for locks. I was affliction but now I'm SL/SL and with pve gear I do top 2 dmg in raids (almost as much as my combat sword rogue who's always #1 in dmg - using another rogue as a gauge). Try SL/SL in pve and you'll see it's almost as good as straight affliction. You lose Unstable Affliction but you do gain the soul link +dmg. Master demo gives you +10% dmg with your succy out too.
And you got a good spec for pvp anyway.

That's weird, I could've sworn that there's a guard in front of the bank and one that patrols near the flight master (which east of the bank). It's possible that they ignored the guard because I think the guards in Ratchet are 57 or something like that. The guards in Outlands are 70 elites so pissing them off isn't as nice.

Did they actually find the formula? Last I was reading they were just arguing over which one was correct. I do remember that they said if you have less than 300 int you will lose regen

There's a spreadsheet floating around on the Priest forums where you put in your unbuffed stats, what buffs you would receive during a raid, and what healing/regen talents you have. It will show you your current in game mana regen unbuffed and buffed, as well as what it will be in 2.4.
My numbers are like this:
Current unbuffed mp5, 450/215
Raid buffed mp5, 562/313
2.4 Unbuffed mp5, 580/275
2.4 buffed, 999/385
So basically, it's a HUGE buff to Priests that are MH/BT geared. If I can find that spreadsheet I'll post the 100% accurate numbers, but I think deleted it. What happens at those gear levels is that 1 spirit starts to become better then 1mp5 in ALL circumstances which is kind of lame for me because that forces me to regem out of all my +healing/mp5 gems. Oh well, I guess it's worth it for the huge buff. From I can tell it's going to be needed with the first few bosses in Sunwell. By the time it comes out my guild will have been farming Illidan for about 4 months, so hopefully we'll have the gear to plow through the place.

Had my first pvp while leveling fun last nite. I had seen a couple alliance peeps in stonealton and ashenvalle but generally no one bothered another.
Hillsbrad seems to be a different story. While playing my mid 20 lock a 35 rogue jumps me with my mana and health fairly low and doing a bunch of pulls in the farming area. He managed to kill me but was down to <200 health. So I popped my stone and finished him off. Being the typical alliance peep he rezzed up and tried to come after me again once I was again fighting the npc mobs. Unlucky for him during the time of our first fight and this one my SS timer came up so I was able to restone myself. Again he manages to kill me with almost no health left himself at which point I pop and kill him. Didn't see him return after that point.
About as funny was the 40 something pally killing me just north of TM and then trying to finish the quest involving syndicates just west of the horde AV entrance. Note to wannabe gankers, don't gank and then attempt to quest next to a BG entrance (particularly on that BGs weekend), there just may be a few hi level types hanging around with nothing better to do.
I also can say the new leveling iis nice. In an are like TM where you can do several, turn them in a do some more, you rqpidly drop the bubbles. Starting the day as a 23 and finished just under 29. Only bad part was I never bothered to fly to a city for training and those spell training levels could probably have helped on my pvp encounters.

your brave going to hillsbrad at 23, and yes that place is always a warzone, aliance on my server regulary take it over and kill the flightmaster

Holy jesus... you really don't even need water with that amount of mp5 OOC! That'll make healing rotations insanely efficient.
Ahh sounds like a good thing that I've been using +heal/+spirit gems... well actually they're the purified shadow pearls that my shammy lovingly makes for me
.That's one of the reasons why I don't kill people when I'm out in the world for a purpose. It's quite possible that person X would've left you alone, but now you've pissed person X off and it's quite possible that they may mention you in whatever chat and now bored person Y and your_faction hater person Z now want to kill you too. As a note though... it's actually much cheaper for me to just play WoW for a month than do all of the above. Going out on the weekend with friends costs at least $25 and a movie will cost near $10 these days!
If you have no self-control then that's fine... I think you needed to quit anyway, but personally, I don't have a problem stopping when I want to and I still lead a decent social life.

Did everyone else hear about that you can buy PVP gear with PVE badges and tokens in 2.4? You can get Season 1 and Season 2 PVP gear as well as the Vindicator's items where the Vindicator's items cost badges.
I think it might help some PVE'rs also get into doing PVP and also possibly help people get more stamina gear if they need it as instead of wasting a T4 or T5/T6 token, you can just give it to someone to get a piece of PVP gear.
yea you can use T4 tokens for S1 gear and T5 tokens for S2, and i think T6 for S3 but that would just be stupid to do because T6 is godly

and besides WOW has bad animations.. bad armor that looks incredibly corny and cartoony and worse corny unimaginative characters that you pilot to get gear you cannot customize to make unique in appearance whatsover.. when you are so in caught up in the mindset that goes along with the whole game of wow.. as you are.. you do not see these things..

There are around 2 million WoW accounts in the USA. Let's cut that in third shall we (to account for xfire users, etc). Even with that, that's only 5 minutes of playtime per account.
If you don't like your guild's raiding schedule then join a guild with an easier schedule. Perhaps you were simply trying to be a hardcore raider when you're really not one. I used to raid fairly often as well and I simply got bored of it and quit WoW for a bit. I'm back and I rarely raid at all anymore. It's actually a lot nicer I think

I play WoW on a gaming machine that I would say is probably a lot better than yours (Q6600, 8800GTX, 4GB RAM, etc) and I'd preferably not play it on worse. Not to mention, no one in their right mind would choose to play WoW on such a shitty setup... maybe if they were running in 800x600
. Shattrath would be worse than a slideshow... it'd be a fuckin' ancient painting!P.S. Let's keep going on this, I enjoy a good debate/argument!
