Game is running fantastic for me. No crashes, FPS is high and stable. No sudden dips from 100+fps down to 60 like I sometimes had in the beta.

Going to try it on the old 2500k + HD5870

With everything on ultra with 4xMSAA and vsync I was stable at 60 but dipped into the 40s when I hit the first outside part. So I switched to high fxaa and I will dip into the 40s and 50s only during explosions. I set it to auto, which I believe is ultra textures with everything else high and fxaa and stayed at a constant 60fps for everything and it doesn't that much different than with everything maxed out.

I don't know what fps I am getting, but at 1080p on Ultra (no msaa) it plays very smooth in 64 player servers with just a 7950. The chaos of this game is great and players seem to work together for the most part. The addictive sense of "one more unlock" is creeping on me.

I'm using a socket 1366 hex core Xeon l5639, overclocked to 3.6 ghz. GPU is a 280x, playing at 2460x1440p, Ultra, 4x MSAA. So far I'm seeing minimums in the low 40's for the most part, averaging close to 50 fps. When I turn off MSAA, I'm over 60 fps constantly. That said I play with MSAA on, game looks much better with it on

Performance is ok but I am not sure it is much better than the early access beta. I am not convinced that the graphics look any better than BF3.

Currently level 2. This game will take some getting used to. I played BF3 for several hours before I was any good at it.

Can anyone comment on if ht on the i7 makes a difference over having a i5?Mostly concerned with the minimums and averages.🙂

I'm about to start playing it on my 2500k so I'll be able to compare, but I can tell you that my i7 was at about 90% meaning all 8 threads were utilized.

I think there's a noticeable improvement in the graphics department. It's not a generational leap but it's certainly there.

Not sure about HT, but this game loves more cores. Here's a screencap of my cpu usage during a 64 player map

That actually doesn't look like very good scaling at all. It only looks like it's using 3 full threads to me. 2 cores at 50% each is really just 1 core being used and the task scheduler quickly swapping between them, making it look like 2 are being used when viewed through task manager.

Your second and forth graph spike, but there's a corresponding drop in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 9th graphs

Running surprisingly well so far. Game freezes sometimes and sound cuts out and stuff, but that should get fixed. Looks like I might be alright with two 670's. I haven't tried all maps yet so the jury is still out. I'll get by though.

Aaaand I'm out for the night. Server crashed when I had over 40 kills and almost 10k points. I've had two crashes and three server crashes so far. Game runs exceptionally smooth on full ultra @ 1440p with 680s SLI anyways.

ETA - there must be a score glitch going around because 30 minutes after midnight in one server there were a few rank 14-16 people.

I just came back from a server crash too and was doing quite well (by my standards anyway)

My old 2500k+5870 handled the game surprisingly well. With a combination of medium and high settings. AA and AO off I was getting right around 60fps but it would dip into the low 40's and upper 30's from time to time. Both the CPU and GPU were pretty much pegged the entire time so I'm not sure exactly which was my limiting piece of hardware here, though I suspect it was the 5870 (OC'd to 1GHz from 850 stock)

Anyone tested to see if there is any difference in performance between the 32 bit and 64 bit exe? Since this is the first true built from the ground up 64 bit game, I'm curious to see as to whether 64 bit gives any tangible performance benefits besides access to more RAM.

I dont get the carbine unlock logic. The ACW is better than all other carbines, except ACE 52. I'm complaining, since I will probably just use the ACW, but with some of the other gun categories you are at least compromising ROF, DMG or RNG by changing guns. Its just kinda strange. I traditionally like using the M4 because I think it looks cool, but there doesnt seem to be any reason to use it over the ACW. Also seems like they cranked up suppression a bit from the beta.

What mode where you playing where you could get 40 kills? Most of the servers seem to have the ticket count low, at least on Rush and Domination. Rounds are like 5 min.

Anyone not able to purchase it through GMG? It goes through the processing then says, "Oops, we cannot compute! Can you please check your card details and enter them again? Thanks"
But my details are correct...

now im getting:

"Oh nooo!
There has been a problem with your order.

Please contact us here and we'll help you out."
I had the same problem. Your account was most probably flagged as a freud just like mine. You have to contact their support and explain you are real human.
