You can't cook grenades. Transport helicopters are very similar to BF3. I haven't been up in the attack helicopters yet.

that does not work i want to cook them so i can toss them in a door or around a corner so they go off right away so people cant run away from them

Just "cook" COD2 style: throw them at super high arcs. =)

I was on roof of C, and I tried throwing some grenades towards the enemy across the way on the next level down and no matter what arc I tried to throw them, they landed on the edge of the level I was on. ie, they didn't go very far. must be a bug.

the engineer's starting PDW is crap (this is what I am going to blame my lousy stats on). the Support guy's starting guns are crap if you try to shoot while standing up; prone or finding something to rest your gun on is an absolute must.

The support sounds like it is how it should be. I hate people running around with an M249 and such. That thing weighs over 20lbs loaded. There is no way you can run and gun with it. Even an M16 gets heavy and it weighs less than half that.

Yeah that was the best BF4 vid Ive seen so far. The swampy looking vegetation and muddy water at about 3:41 was awesome, because we know not every battlefield is in a beautiful blue watered paradise.

Im curious about how the "everyone sees the same wave" thing will work out when playing with a bunch of laggers. BF3 already drives me insane when it appears I get shot and killed 2 seconds after I've already gone prone behind cover. I hate playing against people with a 100ms or more higher ping than I have, it seems they are not exactly where my screen tells me they are and all sorts of weirdness ensues.

After watching the video, I really hope they take away the garbage "oh, it is extremely bright outside from the sun, but this flashlight attachment is going to blind you from 50 yards away". Such a stupid feature in BF3.

Uh c4.

Or 2 claymores behind and toss a nade in front
But I rarely play as a support, while everyone gets nades.

I find cooking a nade to juicy face exploding precision to be be extremely satisfying to the soul. Battlefielder's are really missing out on one of gaming's greatest experiences. 😉

There was a setting in the bf3 menus to 'reduce network smoothing' or something, which when you turn it down is suppose to more accurately reflect where they are. Downside is that it makes everything more jumpy, positive is that the other players tends to be closer to where they actually are. I noticed this helped me a bit on servers with people that actually had decent pings, but otherwise you can see them glitch around if you go too low. I basically found a happy medium that wasn't default.

Hoping bf4 will try to fix some of those hit detection issues, but I doubt it.

I wish more servers would ping cap around 110. I'm really sick of playing against people with 200+ ping.

i really hope they don't do that. bcoz here in India there are no servers. lowest ping servers are around 90-140 singapore servers depending on ur isp. so if they cap ping to 110. almost no1 in my country will be able 2 play.
:'(

its with every game. cods, bfs, dota 2 everything

Ive been kicked from a lot of Euro servers, and noticed some wont even let me join at all because US IP's are blocked. I think we should return that favor. 😉

Yep. Agreed. It'd definitely an advantage if you know what you're doing.
