Jessie normally is tolerable in my opinion, but after last episode, I'm glad she got booted. She n00bed it up big time when it came to negotiating w/ that maharzi dude and defending herself before DT.

I think that once Omarosa and Heidi get kicked off, the show's rating will go up like crazy haha. Tammy was pretty stupid as well. Everythign that she said that last ep was just retarded.

I thought Troy didn't really do a good job in the beginning; he just stymied all real negotiations to get a lame coin toss. Katrina probably made Bill do the rent negotiation to cover her own ass, in case no one rented.

Amy is the hottest, although Ereka is rather hot as well.

I don't know if I agree that Troy is doing a great job. He was smart to over hear Katrina to figure out what apartment was the best, but the fact that he won it on coin toss was pure luck...he really had nothing to do with that.

Katrina made some big mistakes. The first was agreeing to the coin toss...although I don't know how they would have done it otherwise. The other was not "selling" the apartment herself. Especially when it comes to apartments/homes, both men and women will think a female relator knows what she is talking about. And by the chance that they found a male purchaser...he probably would have paid anything to Katrina.

At the same time, Katrina did do an awesome job refurbishing the place...sh!t...I would have rented it from her.

I agree Tammy haven't been doing much for her team lately, but when I saw the project manager of the losing team yesterday, she just really annoy the hell out of me. What's her name? The one that looks like an anorexic model. As bitchy as Omarosa is, she can keep her cool - this other girl is just all emotions. She started pissing and moaning when Troy's team won; and does the same whenever she gets rightly criticized. I think I want to see this girl go before Omarosa.

As for Troy, his all-encompassing hickness irked me at first, but I really like the guy now. His morals sometime have a lower limit when it comes to business ethics (such as the time when he tried to pass Kwame Jackson as some kind of star), but he's the emotional support of his group, as girly as that sounds. No one else would talk to Sam when he was still on, but Troy tried to comfort the dude when he was about to die over stress. He's an awesome team player. Anyway, I missed the beginning of the show, why did Ms. Bitch Supermodel accuse Troy of being unethical about choosing the apartment?

it was a brilliant move! they both wrote on a piece of paper which apartment they wanted. Bitch from hell wrote down the apt. she wanted and Troy wrote "I want what you want." So after that, they had to do a coin toss and Troy one.

Yes Troy is awesome. He rocks! He pulled a brilliant move ont he paper thing. I love the comment he made about how he's not always the nice country boy, and that there's another side to him - the side that feeds his wife and kid.

Katrina made a huge mistake -- she is a successful realtor, but did not sell the apt herself?? WTF Is up w/that?!?? I think it's becuase she wanted to play it strategically and have someone else to blame int he boardroom in case they lost....SUCKS!

If Katrina was smarter and not so over confidant about her Real Estate experience she would have realised that Troy would probably go after what she wanted in the first place, and used a bit of stratgey. Knowing that the guy would probably go for what you want, you shouldn't go off on the phone about how you clearly want 3rd street, you should switch it around. Troy is a smart dude, he has been excelent in pretty much every show and he is a great modivator. He totally "duped" Katrina with no problem.



But that is okay, because Katrina is smokeing HOT!
