I post here for varied reasons. Some people post here because this place is a familiar safe space for them.

I post here for the dopamine bump as I write out my replies. The real good ones are when I let out slightly audible guffaws or tee-hees as they are being written.

Going back to AI... I just hope these forums aren't being used for training. That would be a compelling reason to be anti-AI.
To clarify: I found it weird that you were posting your little fantasy-whatever-that-was about ATOTers wanting know the political leanings of an AI before they had an opinion on it in the anti-AI thread. One would logically guess that many of the people in the anti-AI thread would already have an opinion on the subject.

You put it on me as weird when the unspun reality is that people here would lose their shit if AI leaned ever so slightly to the right. See the many examples from 2023. Any slip up and I can guarantee the mob coming out of their hidey hole to have their fascist nazi word ridden anti-AI crusade.

Being anti-nazi is actually a pretty reasonable way to go through life.

I will once again point out to your stupid ass that this thread is already the anti-AI thread. Wow, such brilliant observation to say that people already having anti-AI discussions would continue to have anti-AI discussions if an AI leaned to the right. Maybe you should be posting it in The AI Discussion Thread instead?

I truly do get a kick out of you following me around these forums ready to make your pounce. Not healthy, but still appreciated. My fan club of one.

Posting potential reasons for this forum to go full anti-AI while digging at P&N in an anti-AI thread is not going outside of the guardrails. Your insistence with there being such guardrails is going nowhere with me.

We're looking at one of the greatest episodes of capital misallocation in history

Everyone is following the pied piper of Hamlin

Not to defend Nvidia, but while Nvidia's market cap is sky high, there are other companies with ridiculous P/E ratios.

Look at Costco. Their P/E ratio was over 60 recently. Why? Unknown.

How many Costco cheese pizzas and hotdogs would they need to sell to justify their market cap of $421 billion?

LOL, sad, you think I'm following you because it bumps this thread when you reply? A bit full of two things, yourself and shit :)
I'm not insisting on any guard rails, just pointing out the stupidity of you saying "I'll bet you wouldn't like if this thing you already don't like does this other thing you don't like!"
