It's cool we can wirelessly charge our Apple Watch. But what would be cooler is if I could wirelessly charge both my Apple Watch and iPhone 6 Plus.

two sizes

The watch seems like "meh" so far, same feeling I got from the Android watches.

Yea the whole smartwatch thing on both sides seems "meh" to me. I haven't worn a watch in years, and nothing these smartwatches do has convinced me I need to start again.

The "edition" is made from 18 karat gold.
So: two sizes, three finishes, multiple bands.
sports version

that's good I guess,

Mine lasted me the day, if you sit there and fiddle with the thing (which is what this iWatch looks to invite) obviously the battery will drain fast, but if used normally (as a receiver of notifications and replying to texts/emails/chats) it lasted the whole day. Plus it prolonged my phone's battery noticeably because it spent a lot more time sitting in my pocket thanks to the watch.

One thing Android Wear definitely needs is a few dedicated apps like a stopwatch and timer, but the more you require a person to fiddle with the watch, the more you have failed in designing a smart watch UI/OS in my opinion.
I have a G Watch which is respectable in battery, but when seeing the 360 stack up in the Ars battery benches, I'm not too happy.

BTW Android Wear does have a stopwatch and timer in it. Bring up the launcher menu and its there 🙂

You can, just get a Qi case. I have a $20 Yipin Qi-enabled case on my 5S right now, with a $25 CHOE Qi charger at home, at work, and in the center console of my car. It's awesome

18K gold. not sure if it's typo but two sites had the bling one as "Apple Watch Edition"

I really can't believe Apple didn't go round. Their watch really doesn't look that different than just strapping a Nano to your wrist.

I'm not a fan of the design, but IMO this is by far the best and most functional wearable available today.

Still a long way to go in this category however.

I can't believe they're spending more than 5 seconds with the geolocation feature.

Show me how it can present "smart" information to me in a way that makes it better than simply pulling out my smartphone.

based on the amount of time spent on it, they must feel this is the next big thing. im just not feeling it
larger phone was a bigger deal IMO

Plus different sizes. Female tech bloggers on Twitter are freaking out! (women generally have smaller wrists)

I don't think the watch looks too bad with the right strap. Though I do wish they had it in black.

The UI looks pretty nice, the scroll wheel is a nice touch.

I like that I can just lift my wrist and the display will turn on, so I don't have to touch the watch to see the time. Though I wonder if these means the display will be on the entire time I'm doing something active like walking or running?

No mention about battery life so far still.

I'm still waiting for them to announce the reason to buy it...I'm hoping there's some crazy-awesome fitness features in it. Otherwise, Jawbone UP24 here I come!
