It's when you make tv shows out of existing tv shows or songs out of existing songs that you've got some issues (thieving capitalists?!)... or worse... you think you can get away without people noticing.

How dare NBC rip off a show on USA. They should be sued.

NBC owns USA so they can rip off whatever they like.
